Moussa’s primary presentation focused on his role as a social media manager at ESPN. During his one-hour presentation, Moussa explained his approach to social media, the role social media plays at ESPN, and the ways in which he sees social media changing in the future. KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Adam K. Moussa graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with his master’s of science degree in communications, as a member of the UT summer hooding ceremony on August 10, 2013.
Moussa completed his graduate studies with a cumulative grade point average of 3.75.
The Knoxville native began studying in UT’s esteemed Journalism and Electronic Media program in August of 2012, and completed the curriculum in one calendar year.

A magna cum laude member of the U of M’s "Centennial Senior" class, Moussa completed his undergraduate studies with a cumulative grade point average of 3.78.
Moussa, who studied within the U of M’s nationally accredited sports management program, earned College of Education Dean’s List honors in each of his eight semesters, recorded three 4.0 semesters, was tabbed as a Sports and Leisure Studies Outstanding Scholar on three separate occasions, was a two-time recipient of the Bailey W. Prichard Sports Studies Scholarship and became Memphis’ first-ever CoSIDA scholarship recipient.
During his time at the U of M, Moussa was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society and The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
Moussa, a native of Knoxville, Tenn., is slated to begin pursuit of his master’s of science degree in communications at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in August of 2012.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Upon reaching the mid-point of his final semester at the University of Memphis, Adam K. Moussa was invited to join the world’s largest collegiate honor society, the Golden Key International Honour Society.
On Sunday, April 22, 2012, the Knoxville, Tenn., native accepted the invitation and was formally inducted into Golden Key at the University of Memphis’ Fogelman College of Business.
Moussa, a sports management major, qualified for membership in the society by ranking within the top 15 percent of his U of M graduating class.
Golden Key International Honour Society is a non-profit organization that features chapters at over 400 colleges and universities in Australia, Canada, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa, The Bahamas and the United States.
To date, Golden Key boasts more than eight million members worldwide.
Golden Key National Honor Society was founded by a group of undergraduate students and faculty members at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Ga., on November 29, 1977. In 2001, the society changed its name to Golden Key International Honour Society to reflect its diversity and global presence. The spelling of “honour” was utilized to follow the more globally accepted spelling.

Moussa qualified for membership in the society by ranking within the top 7.5 percent of his centennial graduating class of 2012.
On March 27, 2011, the junior sports management major accepted the invitation and was officially inducted into the society at the University of Memphis' University Center grand ballroom.
Phi Kappa Phi features chapters on more than 300 campuses in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Philippines. Since its inception in 1897 at the University of Maine, Phi Kappa Phi has initiated more than one million members into its ranks.
